Move-in Instructions

IMPORTANT: Please provide 48 hour notification to CityLine Management when moving bulky materials, office furniture or equipment in or out of the building. All such movement must be pre-arranged with CityLine Management. All of the following will be subject to Management’s approval:

  • Time of delivery or movement
  • Method of movement
  • Routing of movement

CityLine Management shall not be liable for injury or damages to any person or property involved as a result of tenant deliveries or move-ins.

Two and four wheel dollies, carts or other type conveyances maybe taken into the passenger elevator, but elevator must be padded by CityLine Management. Materials that can cause discomfort inconvenience or damage (such as open paint cans) should not be carried on passenger elevators even when carried by hand.

When moving furniture or equipment, please provide CityLine Management with a letter stating the date and time of the move and 48 hour notice is required. If a move involves the utilization of a professional moving company, then you must also provide Management with a Certificate of Insurance meeting the Landlord’s insurance requirements from the moving company.

During the following hours, NO elevators are available for moving furniture and equipment in to the Wellness Building Monday through Friday, except Holidays:

8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The tenant will be responsible for ensuring that the building lobby floors (including carpeting, tile, marble and wood) are protected during the move.
