Skateboards, scooters not licensed for use on public roads, roller skates, in-line skates and all similar equipment shall not be ridden in the Plaza. Bicycles, licensed scooters, Segways, golf carts and all other similar transportation equipment shall be restricted from use in the plaza and, in no event, shall any such equipment be used for the practice or performance of tricks or stunts or in any manner that is unreasonably disruptive, dangerous or likely to cause any damage, destruction or excessive wear and tear to any improvements. All transportation vehicles, equipment or devices permitted under this paragraph must be operated in a cautious and safe manner and may be parked only in areas designated for a particular type of vehicle, equipment or device. Bicycles racks are conveniently located on State Street near the entrances to each building. CityLine shall not be responsible for loss, damage, or theft of any of the foregoing items or their contents.

Personal Electric Mobility Equipment/Lithium-ion Batteries

Personal electric mobility (e-mobility) on State Farm grounds must adhere to the following requirements. These requirements apply to employees, associates, and visitors alike:

1. E-mobility equipment (e.g., e-boards, e-bikes, scooters, etc.) powered by lithium-ion batteries are not allowed inside facilities. See exception below.
   
2. Lithium-ion batteries for e-mobility equipment are not allowed inside facilities for charging, storing, safe-keeping, etc.
   
3. EXCEPTION: Anyone whose mobility is restricted by a temporary (e.g., broken leg) or indefinite disability may utilize a battery-powered mobility aid inside and around State Farm facilities. This includes battery-powered wheelchairs, mobility aids, and other power-driven mobility devices that use lithium-ion batteries. Employees must submit a request for ADA accommodation and all ADA approved e-mobility devices must be UL certified.
