Access To Offices

Anyone not having a key to your suite or offices will not be admitted by CityLine Management personnel. This includes your employees. Security Ambassadors are instructed to verify identity and receive authorization from Tenant Representatives before providing access to individuals without an access card. Therefore, tenants must provide the Management Office with a list of names and home phone numbers of at least three individuals who may be called to authorize admittance of an employee to the premises without an access card or suite key. These individuals will also be contacted in the event of an emergency. A list of each Tenant’s key management personnel with the appropriate telephone numbers is essential so that they can be reached in the event of an emergency.
