Deliveries

All deliveries (other than overnight or courier delivery of letters, small packages, or prepared food deliveries) to or from any Building shall be made only via the Loading Dock. Trucks taller than 14 feet 6 inches are prohibited from CityLine complex, except as approved by CityLine management. In no event shall any delivery to or from any Building unreasonably obstruct any fire lane, sidewalk, doorway or other area intended for pedestrian traffic. The Owner or Occupant for whose benefit a delivery is made shall be responsible for all claims arising from any damage to any portion of CityLine and any injuries sustained by any person resulting from the delivery or moving of any articles by or for such Owner or Occupant.
