Maintenance & Service Requests

CityLine Management manages service requests for routine service, janitorial needs and/or repairs & maintenance to common areas via an online work order system. Each Tenant Representative will designate up to four Tenant Authorized Service Requestors responsible for reporting problems or requesting additional services. To submit requests:

  • Tenant Representative registers Tenant Authorized Service Requestors through submitting an email to CityLine Management including Requestor name, title, email address and contact information. Requestors will then receive a user ID and password to log on to the system via email.

  • To submit a work request:

    1. Requestors access NetFacilities
    2. Click on Service Requests (located in the top navigation bar)
    3. Follow the link on the Service Requests page to the work order system
    4. Enter User ID and Password and click the Logon button
    5. Hover over the Service Request option and select Create SR
    6. Complete the service request form by filling in the Company information, the problem type of the service request, any details or comments that would be helpful and then click the Continue button
    7. Requestors will receive a work order ID number immediately with confirmation that it has been submitted to property management for processing.

  • Monitoring Service Requests:

    1. From the home screen, hover over Service Requests and select My Requests
    2. Click on a work order number to open the work order summary and view specific details of the work order.

Please note that Service Request types are assigned a predetermined priority status that designates their specific response time. If there is an emergency, please notify the Security Operations Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 972-907-3999.

STATE FARM REQUESTS: For escalated (priority 1) requests, that require immediate service, please call 972-907-3999.

NON-STATE FARM REQUESTS: For escalated (priority 1) requests, that require immediate service, please call 972-907-3999.

Priority 1 requests include:

  • Smells
  • Leaks
  • Power Outage
  • Trip/Slip Hazards (Standing Water, Snow/Ice)
  • Biohazards (Chemical Spills/Bodily Fluids)
  • Building/Exterior Door Security
  • Building/Mechanical Noises
