Tenant Parking

CityLine offers tenants easy parking and accessibility. Each employee will be able to access the garage using their employee badge and/or by registering their toll tag information with Security. Vehicle Registration forms are available online by visiting citylinetenant.com and selecting Forms. Employees will submit their completed forms to their designated tenant representative who will, in turn, approve and forward these forms on to the Security Operations Center. Entry to the garage using your toll tag will not generate a fee on any toll tag. Any revisions to registration information can be updated at the visitor center located in Two CityLine. Should an employee drive a loaner vehicle, they can access the garage using their badge.

RETAIL PARKING

All Retail and Wellness Building employees without preferred parking privileges will be required to park on level 1 beyond the blue dashed line located at the rear of each parking garage. Wellness Building tenants with preferred parking privileges will enjoy parking on level P2 east in the Three CityLine garage. This area provides direct access to the second floor of the Wellness Building.

Tenants parking within the CityLine garages are restricted from utilizing the area for overnight parking, storage of vehicles; parking in areas not striped for parking or noted as “no parking”; parking in entryways, fire lanes or crosshatched areas; parking in areas where "handicapped only" signs are posted or marked on the parking surface, unless the vehicle bears an appropriate handicapped parking permit; parking inoperable vehicles, including, but not limited to, vehicles excessively leaking oil or other fluids; parking any trailer, whether or not connected to a vehicle; parking delivery vehicles in any areas other than the loading dock and parking delivery vehicles in designated delivery areas longer than reasonably necessary for loading or unloading. CityLine Management reserves the right to tow away any vehicle and equipment (e.g., trailers) that is in violation of these rules and regulations, at the vehicle or equipment owner's expense.

Vehicle owners, or operators, are responsible to secure their vehicles when parked. CityLine Management shall not be responsible for any stolen property or damage to any vehicles or equipment.

VISITOR PARKING

CityLine invites visitors and restaurant patrons to park on the first level, P1, of the parking garages. State Street offers two surface parking for those retail patrons desiring easy access to their favorite restaurant establishments.

FUEL EFFICIENT VEHICLE PARKING

CityLine is proud to be a LEED Silver project. As an environment-friendly project, all garages are equipped with preferred spaces for high efficiency vehicles that have achieved a minimum green score of 40 according to the annual vehicle-rating guide of the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy. Employees who work at CityLine are invited to register their vehicle with Security and obtain a “FEV” sticker to be displayed in the lower left-hand corner of the rear window. Any vehicles without a sticker will not be permitted to park in these preferred spaces.
